Chef Young Kwang Oh is a passionate sushi chef and devoted food enthusiast. With a deep-seated passion for culinary artistry, he has honed his expertise in sushi-making while working at some of the finest restaurants in the United States. Together with Noumi head chef Miya and her team, we offer a four-course menu that beautifully combines authentic Japanese flavors and international fusion, delivering a unique dining experience.

Tastes & Mixology

The products are sourced locally. The inspiration comes from food markets around the world. Our open kitchen creates seasonal, fresh dishes with refined simplicity. The focus is on bowls and grilled dishes – ideal for combining and sharing. The bar offers signature drinks from the mixologist and Swiss cult beverages.

Music & After Work

Lounge music and chillout sound from our Resident DJ Floriant Seitz make Noumi the new hotspot for Bern and a meeting place for guests from around the globe. The relaxed atmosphere is perfect for after-work rendezvous or casual dinners.
